When we walked in we weren't sure if we would be purchasing that day or not, but Oyinade was so helpful and made the process so easy. We felt zero pressure to make a decision on the spot. We left with a quote and an hour later made the purchase. We felt very well taken care of and the time spent showing us the construction and materials was really what sold us. It was all presented very matter of fact and never in a salesy type of way. 10/ 10 experience!

We waited 30+ minutes for a sales associate to be available, during which time my family and I were not greeted or acknowledged once, and when an associate finally was available to help us, another associate broke into our conversation asking that a different customer was helped instead (one that arrived after us). We ultimately had to leave. No apology, no courteous communication whatsoever, just an overall frustrating experience.
