  Absolutely terrible customer service. Strongly discourage anyone from shopping here. I tried to purchase a piece of art I liked and was denied service because "it would take longer than 10 mins to process and I don't feel like doing it". I did not need financing or anything and was ready to pay card in hand. I was then escorted out of the building. I was out of the door at 5:52pm. I did not raise my voice or do anything negative. I understand it was close to closing but I just wanted the 1 piece of art. There were other customers in there at the same time. This is unacceptable. I was going to buy an entire living room set in the future. But I am grateful for this experience which tells me to buy from somewhere else. I will be contacting corporate about this.

  My experience with La-Z-Boy was great from starting to finish. The sales person did a great job at helping me decide what was best for me. I had a free consultation where someone came out to the house to make sure that the sofa would fit and that I was choosing the right color. The delivery came within the times they gave me on the day that I chose. The drivers were very respectful and helpful. It was quick and easy. They showed me how to take the backs off the sofa and put them back on again. I love my sofa! It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned or sat in!

  La-Z-Boy delivered a chair with visible grime on the fabric and what appeared to be a water mark from an attempted cleanup. I reported it immediately. I spoke with the salesperson on Saturday and was told customer service would contact me on Monday. It is now Wednesday, and no one has followed up. That says a lot about the level of accountability after delivery. When a customer receives furniture in unacceptable condition, the minimum expectation is prompt outreach and a clear plan to fix it. Instead, I was left waiting and chasing. For the price charged, both the delivery condition and the lack of follow-up are unacceptable.

  There was a big sale because they’re moving. We wanted the wall hugger style of chair, so we had to order them because they had very few in stock. So they were quite a bit more expensive than we expected. But we finally got them and the delivery men were careful and professional. They brought them in, up the stairs, set them up and asked us to try them out. They made an adjustment to my chair because I was having a little trouble getting it to recline. We love the chairs!

  We came to the Alderwood Parkway Lazboy store in response to the letter inviting us to check out their discounted prices as they were moving to a new site. The sales associate Jason Ross helped us look at the products we had been considering. Jason was very informative and respectful of our time and privacy to make our decisions. We did purchase a seriously discounted Trouper Power ReclinerLoveseat! We look forward to the expert delivery of our new furniture!!
