Extra Space Storage has been great to work with throughout the entire process. They were super responsive to our questions and shared helpful suggestions when we first reached out to get a quote. While we were moving moving in they proactively helped streamline the process with a temporary access code for our movers, plenty of dollys, and a thoughtful layout that allowed several tenants to easily move in, in parallel. Pam also kindly called us the day after we move in to let us know we hadn't fully locked our unit and kept on eye on it until we could swing by. Highly recommend!

Terrible company, NO security for your belongings. My storage unit got broken into and burgled, apparently it’s quite easy to do. Whoever did it urinated on some of my belongings and stole a few things. The company did not even bother to notify the police, and gave me one (1) phone call as my sole notification, or so they claim. Contrast that with their notification that they were about to almost DOUBLE my monthly rate a couple of months after I started renting, which I received in writing, email, and by phone. What a joke. Despite the company requiring you to pay insurance on your unit, you won’t see any compensation for your stolen belongings. You need a police report and the local PD ghosted me. And this company had the nerve to continue sending me promos months after I left. I have no words. If you value your belongings, store them elsewhere.

Called in ahead to reserve my unit support staff was kind, helpful and informative. Upon arriving and finishing paperwork with Pam was quick and easy very welcoming. Facility is clean the app is convenient for the doors and elevators. Would recommend

The storage facility is clean and secure. It is fine for short term storage but don’t plan on using it long term. They continually raise the cost until it becomes unaffordable. There is no loyalty to their long term customers. I will not ever use them again.
