    Horrible when it comes to repairing a tub that’s still under warranty. Sent Jeff several messages (phone calls and emails), no response. Talked with the branch in Lynnwood where we bought two tubs and they said someone would call. Nothing. Don’t buy!!!! If you expect service.

    The staff ( Brady and Max) are great. Helpful knowledgeable and know the products you need to keep your pool in great shape. I am a 30 year customer and wouldn't go anywhere else.
