  The staff ( Brady and Max) are great. Helpful knowledgeable and know the products you need to keep your pool in great shape. I am a 30 year customer and wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Purchased a hot tub a couple of years ago. Brady helped make the experience easy and painless. When I needed to upgrade the communications module recently Brady and Derek, in tech support, were fabulous! I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a hot tub.

  More interested in making a sale than customer support. Absolutely zero follow-up after my installation and no response to an installation error that I corrected myself.

  Jeff Henderson did a great job presenting our swim spa options and handled the sale. We have a great setup. Valet service was great. We are now in the cold of winter viviendo la vida del agua caliente (living the hot water life) thanks to Aqua Quip. Installing the spa in a year-round setting was the fulfillment of a family dream. Many thanks to the professional Aqua Quip team.
