  Alterations lady seemed pretty dimwitted and unknowledgeable. She wasn't able to fulfill my request, which is fine, but then she made an inaccurate claim about the fit of the dress and after I acknowledged her unwillingness to work with me, she wouldn't...leave...the dressing room, which was weird. If she can't help, then doesn't it make sense to go? It took several more back-and-forths before she actually left.

  The actual alterations were very good, but the person who did the intake didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. I had to explain a proper hem to her.

  I've been a long time shopper at Nordstrom, so of course when my sister sent me the bridesmaids dress for her wedding, without hesitation I called. The dress is long, flowy shifon style. They had the dress for a week, I didn't catch her name, but she did an amazing job, it looks absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this department to anyone.👍👍

  The person I talked to on the phone seemed nice but when I got there after making an appointment, no one was there. One of the staff put me in a room and had to flag a tailor down. After the tailor did come, she was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. She made it seem like she didn't want my business and actually seemed pleased when I decided not to leave my alteration needs. I don't plan on coming back.
