Lovely lady that runs the joint and the storage was pretty clean could have used a little bit better sweeping job but all in all it wasn't dirty too bad and I got a good deal on it I hit the special but would definitely recommend to anyone and I will be a return customer

First off, you can reach a live person first try, no issues. The staff is incredibly nice, but also knowledgeable and helpful. The process to rent a unit with questions, isn't the quickest thing, but nothing to stress over. Just give yourself about 45 mins.
The location is clean..like spotless clean. The units are clean. The unit numbers aren't the easiest to see, nor are there lights overhead to see at night. But once you learn your unit location, it isn't too difficult.
