  Ruined my rug, inconsistent pricing, Didn’t properly communicate pricing, Didn’t finish on due dates THEY picked, Did treatments they didn’t ask permission to do or explain. I dropped off 2 different area rugs on 2 different occasions. 1st rug- upon drop off my rug was inspected & I was told it would be $152 & some change in cash or $157 by card. They said it would be ready for pick up on a Monday. They called me on Wednesday & apologized for not having it done by Monday. I picked it up the following morning, paid in cash, and saw that my rug was on the office floor wrapped up, so they don’t give you the option of seeing it before you pay. Upon looking at the receipt I noticed a $35ish pet fee, which I wasn’t notified of or agreed to, so I asked about it & was told they had to do it to clean the rug, which is fine but don’t do treatments to my property that I don’t know about & didn’t approve of. The lack of transparency & explanation & approval from me through the whole process was unprofessional & giving unethical business practices. I went home feeling uneasy because I didn’t even know if it was cleaned or destroyed. Got home & checked it, It looked good, so I realized that while their customer service & some operations are bad, they can at least clean rugs good for a decent price. So I decided to take in my other rug & just deal with bad customer service. 2nd rug- the next morning, I went in & dropped off my other rug. This rug was smaller than the previous and a different texture. They inspected the rug & said that they would clean it for the same price as the 1st rug. So I asked why, because this one was smaller. I was asking if it was more because of the texture. I was told no, it was the same process, so that bothered me. A smaller rug should be a cheaper price. But I agree because I’m already there, want my rug clean & they did a decent job on the1st rug. So they tell me it’s going to be $180. So I say I thought It was going to be the same price as the1st rug, which I got push back on. I still have my receipt & quote in my purse from the 1st visit. So I pulled it out and showed it & the price was VERY hesitantly & reluctantly changed to $157, which was still more than what I paid the first time. So I stupidly just agree to it & ignore the signs to leave with my dirty rug. They say it will be done on Monday. Today is Wednesday, they called me around noon and didn’t bother to apologize for the change of date but just said they forgot. So I go in. My rug is wrapped up on the floor again, so I couldn’t see it before I paid. I went to pay, & had $160, & was asked in an awkward & entitled shaming type of way if I wanted my change. I not only was embarrassed by this, because I wasn’t aware that carpet cleaning culture included tipping (especially when they don’t show their work before you pay, and I was already paying more than they said they would charge me), so I said no because I was uncomfortable and wanted to get out of there. So I get my receipt & rug and leave. I’m feeling nervous because I don’t know what’s going to happen when I unroll the rug. I get home, unroll it & then immediately roll it back up & put it in another room. I have to wait a while, then I go unroll it again. It’s dirty, there’s chunks of black stuff on it, it looks horrible & the shape is completely warped now. It’s warped & smashed in parts which has ruined the texture. The color’s really faded & it looks gross & washed out. The whole perimeter of the rug is brown, it looks like they left it in dirty sidewalk water then rolled it up & had me pay for it. They ruined my rug & ripped me off. This rug is trash now. All of my interaction were with the girl at the front desk, I appreciate that she carried my rugs for me. I came here because of reviews, which were clearly lies. I hope the $160 they bamboozled from me was worth a good recommendation to other potential customers & a life long customer which I could have been. And my daughter said that’s what I get for giving a small business a chance, that’s sad that she’s right.

  The house was clean and the cleaner did an amazing job. The rental previously had 6 small dogs so lots of hair but when she was done, it looked great!
