Not only do we have a wide selection of equipment set up for customer demos, but you'll also have a chance to talk with our awesome (trust us, they're pretty cool) coffee experts who can help you make a selection. Or, if you already have a machine or other caffeine-providing setup, you can attend our vendor events, coffee tastings, classes and how-to workshops. The possibilities are endless!

Founded in 2005, Seattle Coffee Gear was born out of a desire to help people make coffee they love.

Sure, we have hundreds of coffee makers and espresso machines to choose from. Everything from automated Saeco machines (that will make you a cappuccino with the touch of a button) to Chemex (a time honored method for making delicious coffee). But did you know that we also have a wide selection of teas, syrups, and maintenance products?
We also have on-site diagnostic and repair services. So, if your machine seems a little under the weather, bring it on in for a check up!

Don't do business with this company. They've been on the decline, with good reason. Not only do they not support their own products, but their repair center can't even be bothered to consider looking at other common gear for a tune-up. Their service robots work from a manual and get stuck in loops. Zero critical thinking, and just bad customer service. What a waste. This place used to be good.

We're on our second espresso machine and the crew is always super helpful and informative here. Coffee selection is also great for trying new roasters or just buying beans regularly. The repair center is also super helpful (up in Lynnwood) so if you're local definitely stop in and learn something!

Ordered an espresso machine that shipped ground. FEDEX could not deliver without signature due to SCG requirements. After two weeks it is being returned to SCG yet they will not refund my money. Bottom line. You order, pay and may not get the equipment or a refund. Thanks for responding. However 5 days later, I still have no refund or package. You are not following up with FedEx, I am. You are not working in a timely manner. SGC doing the bare minimum for the customer. I should not have to be working like this to get my refund or package. What can you do? Are you willing to take the lead and rectify?

Wandered into this shop to ask about the trouble I was having with basic latte art. Got some great advice and recommended a new steaming jug which immediately made a difference (first attempt photo). The staff really know their stuff and are very approachable! Thank you ☕

Be very careful!! DO NOT get annoyed with their poor service or NON-responses.
One week to not get a phone call? TRUE.
"One month" to maybe get something fixed?? all true.
And if you get pissed at them? They will block you from buying parts or service!! All true.
