From the beginning, Heidi was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to walk me through the Lutron options, answered my questions clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel much more manageable. What I appreciated the most was the transparency and how easy she was to work with. She was informative without being pushy, and it was clear she understood both the product and the customer experience side of things. When you are comparing multiple companies and trying to sort though different systems, pricing and smart-home integration options, that kind of guidance makes a huge difference! Even though I was still in the research and planning phase, Heidi was patient, thorough, and generous with her time. She made Budget Blinds feel like a serious and credible option, and a lot of that came down to her service. If you are considering Budget Blinds, I would absolutely recommend working with Heidi. She is professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. *PS* I am attaching the estimate with pricing redacted, however if your interested in a ballpark price, for 4 Custom Lutron Motorized Shades (top of the line), your looking at about $5k.
