  Called rdo for a motor replacement on my lawn mower, had parts avalible and was told it was a 5 to 7 day turn around. I was going to do it my self figured the price and time was not bad they quoted me 4 hrs so i decided for them to do it. Dropped off mower, after first week thay said i was 6th in line, call 2 weeks after now mine is possibly next. I wish they would have told me up front so i could make a choice to do it my self or someo e else. Also told someone would call me back and still waiting. Now am paying for someone to cut my lawn while i wait. they havent worked on my equipment yet and this is where we are at.

  Dropped in at recommendation from Ranch and Home who didn’t have the spark plug I needed. In about 3 minutes Mario located it in the drawers behind him. It’s so refreshing to get good help these days. Not only did he quickly find the part, he pulled up the diagram of my Honda Generators carb, asked what was going on and showed me a few other places to clean and check. Thanks Mario for your great customer service. It might not seem like a big deal to you but finding very knowledgeable people who are also courteous and helpful are hard to come by these days! Much appreciated.
