  Purchased 2 doors exterior in which outsourced to psg to install. 1st install was botched in which we are now at 9 months post install. 1 door has been fixed correctly by having header reinstalled after being cut out and moisture barrier installed along with just installing the door correctly. Now Lowe’s executive customer team has stated they will not fix my other door nor the flooring they damaged but told me to get quotes for the work needed but that the doors cannot be touched or warranty is voided. This is by far the worst company ever and will be contacting a lawyer

  I strongly recommend not buying appliances here. I know it's a long review, but it shows the multiple failures at this location. I purchased a refrigerator at the Kennewick location on July 19. I was given an August 11 delivery date. I received confirmation of the delivery and a call from the delivery company giving me on the 10th for an 8 to 12 PM timeframe for delivery. The delivery did not occur as promised. I went to the store due to difficulty utilizing the customer service phone system, and spoke with Chris Martinez, the retail manager. Chris told me the refrigerator did not arrive but was able to track the refrigerator down in Oregon and told me it would be available for delivery on August 17 or 18th. I received another confirmation scheduling the delivery on August 17. The refrigerator was once again not delivered. I have taken two days off work to be home for the delivery that has not occurred. I spoke with Chris today and he is now unable to give me a delivery date 10 days post my first committed delivery. It is important to note, I was willing to take a comparable refrigerator for delivery and spoke with Chris about this. Chris did not call me back but had an associate named Sarah reach out to me and told me that there was a Bosch refrigerator available. I was also informed that the Bosch refrigerator would cost me $2000 more than the refrigerator I had purchased. I do not believe a $2000 higher priced refrigerator is comparable and I found it unacceptable that that is the best comparable refrigerator they could find. I asked if they could match the price with the one I had purchased and Chris refused to match the price. Sarah said Chris told her he could offer a $200 discount. Additionally, I have reached out to the corporate customer service line and on two occasions was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and on the third attempt spoke to someone who was going to call me back with other comparable refrigerators that could be shipped to my location. I never received a call back. I requested and received a call back from the Store Manager Jason Haynes today. That was a mistake. He instantly became belligerent and offered little in help. He continuously would talk over me while telling him the situation and his time was consistently aggressive. I guess he decided that being a bully was the best route forward. After I explained all the detail above, his solution was to cancel the order, await a future undefined delivery date, or come pick out another compatible refrigerator (which I had just been told didn't exist). I told him that cancelling the order wasn’t an option as it would start the clock over and I didn’t have another month to wait. I explained I had already addressed the finding a compatible replacement not an option with Chris earlier. I also explained that his options didn’t address the fact I'm out two days wages, living out of coolers, and feel like the whole promise of scheduled delivery dates at time of purchase and subsequently since were deceptive. When I mentioned I felt I needed outside help with this he refused to give me the name of his boss. I told him that was unacceptable and that he was leaving me no option but to file a complaint. To this he responded that since it was now legal and with legal involved he could no longer speak to me. (I explained the difference between a complaint and legal action, but he would have none of it and kept yelling over me) He proceeded to tell me he was canceling the order and proceeded to do so. I assure you I was in no way rude, belligerent or even raising my voice during this discussion. A month of waiting, two lost days wages due to their lying about delivery and living out of coolers for nothing. Good news is I called Home Depot right after and got the exact same refrigerator being delivered on Thursday. The lesson here is to avoid Lowe's at all costs. They really don't care and their corporate office is nonexistent in these issues. Save yourself the issues and go elsewhere.
