    Don't use the "same day delivery". Delayed two days, no one can or will help, no way to cancel.

    Bought a pressure washer, used it one time it broke and would not work. Tried to take it back for an exchange. They said no it’s been 1 week you need to call the manufacturer. If that’s the policy then ok. I won’t purchase from Lowe’s again.

    Ordered curbside. Had to go in to get it (pick up). They used the wrong cart so my ten foot pvc pipes kept falling off the cart and they just threw all of the small items on top of the other things I purchased. I also had to unblock the hallway my stuff was parked in before I could get out. Three employees stood there watching. Zero customer service.

    The delivery service is not working well. Items in stock and purchased are suddenly not in stock (on the delivery date) and they don’t communicate at all with you. In fact they give an eight hour window and then don’t even show up or communicate with you. The guy in charge of truck delivery scheduling is at best not interested in feedback (or anything for that matter) when you ask for refund. Sign of the times eh?

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my delivery scheduled for today. I was told the delivery would arrive today, so I waited at home from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. During this time, I contacted your customer service multiple times. Each time, I was either placed on hold for an extended period without any response, disconnected, or given unclear and inconsistent information. At one point, I was told the delivery would arrive within one hour. Based on this, I rearranged my schedule and delayed picking up my child from school. However, the delivery never arrived as promised. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I took a day off specifically to wait for this delivery, yet no delivery was made, and no accurate update was provided. This level of service is unacceptable. I would like a clear explanation of what happened, as well as an immediate update on when my delivery will be completed.
