Horrible experiance.
Costumer paid for plywood pick up in Auburn, was told available. In the morning they tell me they dont have it at all. 30 sheets, tryed to send me to Federal way, made them call. Dont have it. Had to drive all the way to Issaquah. My android phone broght me to cosco.. had to sircle over 10 minuts to finaly see a blue roof. Location 3 minuts drive time off.
Lost 2+ hours plus drive time back to job location..
And this has happened before with lowes. Give them negative -5 stars

This Lowe's went above and beyond for us. We pulled into the parking lot 15 minutes before closing. Hamish along with a few other employees were quick to help us when we needed extra help making sure a fire on our hay trailer was completely put out. We are so thankful for the quick response and extra help with the matter. Can't say enough about the wonderful customer service and help we received, and we are so so grateful! Definitely go support this Lowe's!

If I could rate a zero I would. I took the day off of work to be here for a delivery (8 hours of my personal leave) and the delivery driver never knocked just marked it as missed delivery. Would not recommend Lowe’s delivery/installation. Customer service was nice but this delivery driver literally didn’t do their job

Do not go to this store if you do don't park in lot because wheel stops are not installed correctly and will rip off bumper when backing out and they keep you on the phone for hours before telling you to contact your insurance because they will not help.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
