  I’ll give them a four star review. So far, my furniture is great. However, a button on a tufted chair, that we rarely use, fell off. No biggie! I called customer service and scheduled a repair person to come out. We were, of course, just outside of our warranty, so I had to pay a small fee. Again, no biggie! Two men showed up to repair one button and not only where they unable to repair the button, they made the hole in the fabric larger. So, within less than a week the repair broke again. I called customer service and they wanted to charge me again. After explaining why I felt like this was unreasonable, they decided to “make an exception and not charge me for the service fee.” Well, it’s not surprising that in less than 24 hours, that second repair has failed. See the photos for a glimpse of the professional craftsmanship. Anyway, I called again and had them issue me a refund so that I can buy a German needle and fix it myself. What a waste of time! All of this to say, the initial product seems pretty good, but the follow up and customer care is very lacking. I think that it would do this company some good to actually train their upholstery repair people.

  I am 6’3” bought a Lazyboy recliner that fits me a little better. The fold out foot rest is a different from previous Lazyboy recliners I’ve bought in the past. This one will take a week for delivery. Seams like a lot of furniture is “Special Order” with fairly long lead times.

  Service was great. However now that the chair is in my home I'm unhappy with my choice. I'm short and the chair is too deep. Wish I could return it

  We went in looking for lift chair, and Bruno came over and was very helpful. Explained what we wanted and he did what he could do to help us get loaded. We were in and out within an hour. Becky

  Had a great experience shopping, purchasing, and receiving delivery from La-Z-Boy Issaquah. The showroom had great selection and test furniture to make a decision. The staff helped me narrow my search and ultimately select the right furniture item for our home. Delivery arrived at the scheduled date and time and we were able to navigate tight spaces to reach our main room. Pro Tip - check long angles in stairwells. We love the power features of our recliner.
