  Jake and the Aqua Quip Issaquah team are fantastic to work with. They were complete pros providing education and the right recommendations for a Spa and Sauna. I feel very informed and that they worked with me to select the best options for our family and home. They did not push what they wanted to sell, rather made sure we got what really needed and wanted. 5 stars all the way.

  Thankful Aqua Quip's store manager is Jake J.. He has been wonderful getting our pool back on track. I never feel rushed by him when asking questions. Jake provides excellent customer service every time we go to Aqua Quip in Issaquah !!

  It was a great experience coming into Aqua Quip for the first time. The salesman Anthony Johnson was so helpful and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this place for any of your hottub needs.

  Wanted to give a shout out to aqua quip staff for consistently stellar service! Jake was great to answer our questions, helping us land on the right hot tub and then communicated promptly as delivery was being arranged. Anthony has been consistently helpful and friendly with our follow up visits to help us dial in the right chemical balance. Kudos to the whole team!
