I'm very happy with the service I receive. The technicians are professional and always explain the treatment they are doing at the time. I like that they send pictures via text so I can see what they are doing when I am not able to be at home when service is scheduled. Two years in a row, I had a problem with bees and Aptive was able to help with that and it was done quickly.
Thank you Aptive

After countless days of dealing with spiders, ants, beetles and things that are probably new species that haven't been discovered yet; we were lucky enough to have a sales rep visit us by the name of Solomon. Very pleasant young man, told us everything we needed to know about getting the service started. Almost in a heartbeat we said yes! No regrets! Filled out the easy iPad paperwork that took no more than a couple of minutes reading and pressing initials and sign.
They said we should notice some changes in a week but honestly we noticed the following day after. I don’t know why we didn’t think of this service sooner!
Also I wanted to give a special shoutout to Francisco, very pleasant man who did the initial visit and did the nitty gritty work and was very accommodating to our requests. Absolutely hands down excellent customer service. This is a great company. Thanks again for helping make our lives more comfortable! Especially in the spring/summer time!
EDIT: Not sure why there are some strange reviews on here giving 1 star. I read them, they either say the sales reps were basically harassing them which is EXTREMELY UNCOMMON and I’m sure was met with strict discipline or expulsion. Also I saw some saying the service didn’t work. The sales rep told us if we DONT see any results to just let them know and they’ll just come by and give that problem the necessary attention it needs. For whatever miraculous reason the treatments don’t work then yes you’ll have to pay 199$ to cancel, these people come out and lay traps and use products which costs money, they’re not going to just let you have it for free when you cancel, common sense. It’s pretty simple in my opinion. Great service! Would recommend! (:

Be leary of this company. While they preformed the services adequately when I tried to cancel my automatic services all they would say is your services for this month have been provided and you do not have any services scheduled at this time. They would not give me confirmation that no additional automatic services would be performed in the future. When I pressed and mentioned communications in the past he called me a liar and hung up.
Not professional at all. Will not be recommending this coming any or using them in the future!

I was not satisfied with the.communication from the salesman, Brandon. I asked him for help with bees getting into the siding on my house. It took over a week to find out that Aptive cannot kill pollinators.
The salesman could have relayed this info on my first call.
I canceled my service and asked to have the two bait boxes removed. I was told Brandon would come by to get them. A few minutes later Brandon let me know that he could not get the bait boxes from a client who cancelled their contract. If I had known this prior to canceling, I would have canceled the day the boxes were picked up.
I have called twice asking to have the bait boxes removed. Both times I was told the boxes would be picked up the next day. I still have the boxes.
I am not a trained pesticide technician and do not know how to dispose of these bait boxes which contain rodent poison. The boxes look like they are reusable. What does it cost this company to buy new bait boxes when they could reuse the boxes?
So just a heads up, make sure you read Aptive’s contract prior to signing. Brandon talked very fast and made it sound like I was getting a better contract than the one I had with Triguard. Triguard will pick up their bait boxes even after cancelation.

I will never use this company and I would not recommend them to anyone else!
The first encounter I had with them this year, I politely told the salesman I was not interested. I repeated myself 7 times!
At that point my son drove up and heard the exchange. He firmly told him to leave.
An hour later he was back ringing my doorbell. We could see him on my ring camera. My son was inside my garage fixing my garage door and yelled at him to leave and not to come back.
They returned today. My disabled brother answered the door and immediately told him he was not interested politely.
The salesman told him "No, this important!" and started naming our neighbors name. When my brother realized he was in fact trying to sell something, he told him he was good, no thank you. The salesman had the nerve to say "I'm glad your good, I'm great!" and continued to harass him.
My brother told him three times he wasn't interested and finally shut the door in his face to get him to leave.
If you saw my brother you can tell he is in great pain standing there trying to get you to leave.
I'm tired of this companies sales tactics! It's disrespectful and unprofessional! Every community page in our area has multiple posts complaining about this same behavior.
My neighbors who originally hired them and was mentioned in the first encounter I had with them, fired them after seeing my ring camera footage. My husband had just passed and I was in no position to enter into any contracts which is why I told them I wasn't interested........SEVEN TIMES only to be talked down too and disrespected.
I will hire someone else now that I need a service and I will continue spreading the word about this unprofessional company.
I have videos of today's confrontation but google doesn't allow video's for reviews. I have uploaded them in our community page and will share them in our city pages as well. My neighbors have already commented that they experienced the same behavior today. This behavior needs to stop.

Aptive otherwise does not treat any wood-destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter bees, or carpenter ants. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
