I personally don't recommend Aptive pest control, I've used their services since 2023, had a couple of good services but mostly mediocre to bad, called to cancel today but had to go through 2 customer service reps, the second rep had horrible customer service, hard to understand and kept repeating himself like I was the bad guy, couldn't understand half of what he said and he kept saying 69.95 then he he said he wasn't going to answer any more questions (I only asked one question) and rambled on and said goodbye

What I can say about this company is that it provides extremely poor service. Not only were the services unsatisfactory, but when we called to cancel the service, we were transferred from one representative to another for four hours straight. It felt almost impossible to cancel.
The way they handle customers is unacceptable. Instead of helping us, they made the process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. This kind of behavior feels dishonest and unprofessional.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Came out quick and gave a great service and paid attention to the details of what was needed. Covered the grounds appropriately and were super up front about their services and costs. I've had pest control folk before and aptive has been by far the one I feel is really worth it so far. The guy who was does my service is phenomenal and I appreciate his time and patience more than I have words for.

These disgusting vultures send out door to door salesmen and encourage them to actively ignore no trespassing signs and to harrass and lie to homeowners. A popular tactic is “we are in the neighborhood servicing your neighbors”. Total BS. I explicitly told their salesman when I encountered him on the road leading to my house to NOT trespass on my land. Can you believe he had the gull to ignore me and do so anyways. The next time, I’m having this companies salesman arrested. It’s time they start obeying the damn LAW! Also, anyone else needs to start reporting their disgusting behavior to state lawmakers. We need these companies to start being fined and held accountable for harassing home owners!

My experience with this company ended with their sales people. I have a NO Soliciting sign above my door bell. They ignored that and rang the door bell anyway. When I pointed at the sign and told them I was not interested, they kept talking. To add to that this was the second person from the company to knock on my door this week. I now have a sign that says "No Soliciting, Do Not Ring the Doorbell, Do Not Knock, Do Not Make This Awkward". If they continue to harass me, I will report your company to the local Sherriff's office.
"No Soliciting" signs are legally valid, and ignoring them is a breach of local code, which can result in the revocation of a solicitor's license.
