I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the worst company to work with and get services from If they even show up! Only had someone to my residence once and they only did the outside. ONCE, when they said they would come out twice a month. When trying to cancel my services, i was hung up on the first time, the next time the SUPERVISOR "Sage" from the Fife area, had the audacity to ask me if I want to, and I quote, "WOULD YOU LIKE TO STAY ON THE LINE FOR THE NEXT 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS", for conformation of cancelation, because this has been a 2 week process. Absolutely Disgusting and severely unprofessional. And to top it off i still have a wasp problem in my shrubs. I am not one to ever leave bad reviews or go out of my way to but this was ridiculous. My REFUND is getting put towards a CANCELATION fee for services I did not get. Do not seek your pest services from this company. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Really impressed with our pest control technician's attentiveness during the visit. They took the time to walk the property with us, asked good questions about where we'd been seeing activity, and explained exactly what they were treating and why. Nothing felt rushed they checked entry points, addressed our specific concerns, and made sure we understood the follow-up plan before leaving. Great service from someone who clearly takes the job seriously.

Hello, I would like to formally request the cancellation of our pest control service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service because the ant problem in our home has never been properly resolved. Several different technicians have come to treat the problem. After the first treatment, we noticed fewer ants for a day or two, but shortly afterward, they came back in large numbers, and the problem seemed even worse than before.
I contacted your company again, and another technician came out, but only a very small amount of treatment was applied. I was told that I needed to give the treatment some time to work. We did give it time, but unfortunately, there has been no meaningful improvement. There are still large numbers of ants around our kitchen and patio.
This is especially concerning because we use the kitchen every day. For example, we can put a cutting board on the kitchen counter, prepare food, add oil and sauces, and turn around for just a few minutes. When we come back to the cutting board, there can already be four or five ants crawling on it. This is completely unacceptable for a kitchen.
At this point, we had no choice but to purchase our own pest control products online and treat the problem ourselves every day, sometimes once or twice a day. Only after we started doing this consistently did we finally see some improvement inside the kitchen. However, there are still a large number of ants around the patio and outside of the house.
I am paying a monthly fee for professional pest control, yet we are still having to purchase our own products and handle the problem ourselves. This makes me feel that the service we are paying for is simply not providing the results we were promised.
When I originally signed the contract, I was told that there would be a $500 cancellation fee if I canceled within the first year. However, I do not believe it is reasonable to charge a cancellation fee when the service has not effectively resolved the pest problem.
I also expected the service to address other pests, including spiders, but those problems have not been effectively resolved either.
Therefore, I am formally requesting that my service be canceled and that the $500 early cancellation fee be waived. We have given your company multiple opportunities to resolve the problem and have been patient, but the issue remains.
Please confirm that you have received my cancellation request and let me know what steps are required to complete the cancellation.
Thank you.

A salesman from Aptive pest control came to onto my property in South Hill while I was working on something in my garage. I told him I wasn't interested in buying anything and asked him to leave, which he refused. I told him he was trespassing while standing in my driveway, arguing with me 2 feet from my house. He became verbally aggressive and dared me to call the cops, which I did. He insulted me several times after which he finally left. He got into his car, then drove again by my house, yelling slurs at me.
My neighbors reported similar encounters with their salespeople. Please stop feeding this company.

I know they guys are supposed to to go around the house and knock down spider webs. It looked like he did a very quick job. The front of my home very obviously had a spider web at the front corner. He could have missed it. It’s possible. But I noticed it right away. Picture attached.
My front porch which is right in eye level still has spider webs/ cob webs picture attached.
Again front part of the house that has low areas that are very easy to see webs. Missed another huge web that needed to be swept away. Picture attached.
This is the the facia on the north side of the house. Picture attached . It is clear as day that there is major missed areas of the home.
Now I’m not going to say he didn’t show up, or he didn’t spray around the house for protection. But he sent photos of reaching to the top of the roof to knock down webs and missed ones that are at eye level. I’m sorry but he did not do his job. He was on the property for maybe 20 minutes and If I’m to keep paying for this I would like the real job I was sold. Thank you

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
