  Well this was the worst storage experience ever and I have had several! First the app didn’t work and then it said payment was past due before I even started and that turned out not to be true after checking with the office. I tried to pay anyway and the payment app didn’t work. BUT the worst was moving in day the only elevator was broken. Could only offload one load using the stairs managed to hurt my back. Tried to find a solution with the manager on duty and she was completely uncooperative. We could not borrow a first floor storage temporarily until elevator was fixed. We had to make another lease and pay for another month in the second building!!! My stepson even suggested that me move in and completely move out the same day to the second building so there would be zero lost days for your company. She said no we had to pay for two units for two months plus another sign up fee for the second unit. This has to be the worst and most inflexibility customer service ever. I totally regret using Daffodil Storage.

  The manager at the federal way location is amazing, she saved a unit for me, thank God she did, there were no more units available in my size. She is always very helpful and nice. I would recommend this facility.
