We were in this facility for a couple/three years and it was always clean, good access and friendly staff.

The place was neat. And clean. The storage lockers that I seen were in very good shape.

Not Recommended!!! We visited our families storage unit today to discover that someone had entered our unit and rummaged through all our stuff. A person can easily hop over the short walls and bypassed our locked door, really a terrible design and bad for business if they want to claim they're a secure facility. Manager confirmed there was indications that someone climbed into our unit and said to make a police report and notify our insurance company. When we asked what the facility was gonna do about this, he said they'll up their security, well how about you guys take care of the obvious issue of people being able to climb over the unit's walls? He responded saying to cover our stuff with blankets so people can't see what we have, wow great suggestion. Extremely dissapointed and will be looking for a new storage facility ASAP!
