I went to Lowe's today and this guy comes up to me as I get out of the car, I didn't pay attention to him he looked like he was looking for hand outs, and with car jackings, hone invasions, murder and attack on innocent civilians, I entered Lowe's and asked the big guy by the return desk if they knew they had greeters outside or if the knew they had homeless people approaching customers as they are getting out of there car, the big white guy got real agitated when I asked this question and my question into a moment of hostility. He could have just answered the question but he chose to get hostile. I do a lot of contract work and definitely don't like being approached by questionable people especially when WA State fies not procecute criminals.

Lowe's is a awesome place for your lumber, garden, and even gifts for your loved ones. The employees are helpful 😃. I like their prices and it's easy to go and get what you want and leave satisfied.

Whatever you do, do NOT order custom items from Lowes. We ordered blinds from them several months ago and they required us to pay a fee for their guy to come measure our windows since they were custom sizes. The guy got the measurements wrong LOL and also told the store that we had steel in our windows so they tried to charge us double for installation. I told them we absolutely do not have steel in our windows and they persisted so we installed them ourselves. They had to send another guy out to re-measure since the first guy was incompetent. They said we were good to go and they would send out the replacement blinds. Its been well over a month and I keep calling the store. They tell me Dexter was working this order and only he can give updates. Ive called the store every other day and Dexter keeps calling out of work or just doesn't call me back. No one can give me an answer on where my blinds are. I know they never ordered the replacement blinds. Ive complained to corporate and talked to managers but still no blinds. This store is an absolute joke and will steal your money. Go anywhere else.

I had a frustrating experience with store policies and inventory issues that made it difficult to get everything I ordered, but I want to specifically recognize Heidi (lead cashier) and Loki (pickup team) for completely turning things around.
Heidi was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk through the situation with me rather than just pushing me along. Loki in pickup went above and beyond to help track down what was available and make sure I left with as much of my order as possible.
While the process itself could use improvement, these two made a real difference. Their customer service, problem-solving, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Thank you both for stepping up and helping me get my item. I will be coming back to this store just because these two are here and will go above and beyond to help.

Update 4/18: This is the worst customer service I have ever received and any part of Lowes refuses to take any ownership over selling us a broken product.
My husband and I bought a new dishwasher on March 21st with install date of April 2nd. Call on April 1st to ask about rescheduling - Lowes says we'll get it rescheduled and they dont. Installers come April 2nd, leave while it's running it's first cycle and it leaks all over the floor. Have to call multiple times to schedule people to come back. Different installer crew comes back look at it on April 9th - they say it's broken and can't be fixed. Lowe's will be in touch. Lowes leaves a voicemail and they say they will be in touch by April 16th. April 16th comes around and no one contacts us. Call on April 18th and we're told a new dishwasher hasn't even been ordered yet but it's going to escalated. At this point we've filed a chargeback with our credit card due to being sold a broken dishwasher. Never making a big purchase from Lowe's ever again. I'm sure Lowes corporate will leave another response to this telling us to call corporate where we will continue to not get any progress made.

Do not buy an appliance from here. My husband and I bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's and the whole experience has been a disaster. We first had issues scheduling our install date. The installers showed up on a day we didn't agree to. Then, they installed the new dishwasher, turned it on and left. It didn't even finish the cycle before it started leaking all over our floor. We called to get someone out to fix it and Lowe's said they only send people out on Thursdays so it would have to be another week. Whatever, fine. Then the day comes around and we aren't told what the install window is, instead I have to call Lowe's to find out. Lowe's customer service told me what it was but said that the installers would call or text when they were on their way. That didn't happen. When the installers did show up, I explained the issue and it seemed like this was the first time they were hearing the details. They seemed confused and were very difficult to communicate with . Ultimately they said our brand new dishwasher we paid like a thousand bucks for after taxes and install fees was broken and we'd need a new one. What?! They said Lowe's would be in touch with us about that and it hasn't happened. At this point we will probably just have to do a charge back on our card or something. Completely ridiculous.
