  The folks at Everett Downtown Storage are wonderful. Very kind, considerate, and fair. I would highly recommend using their facilities for storage.

  This is the worst storage facility ever. Although it's clean and feels mostly secure especially considering the location the manager is awful. She is on a constant power trip and abuses whatever powers she believes she has way too often. Over the course of less than a 2 month period we were locked out of our unit on 3 occasions even tho our rent was paid. In the end we were about to give notice but we were given an eviction notice! Who has ever even heard of anyone being evicted from a storage unit that is paid up??? The reason is even more ludacris!!! For using the bathroom too often!!! Seriously! There is no 'limit of restroom use' written into the lease, not to mention that only 1 of the 2 restrooms actually works. Even funnier thing, we didn't even use our access code to use it! When we first chose our code they said it was taken, so we picked another. We were able to access the building and our unit with our personal code, but never the restroom. On a whim we tried the other code we were told we couldn't use and it granted us access to the restroom and is the only code we used for that!!! This place is awful. If you don't need access to your stuff, have an unbreakable bladder and don't mind some time wasted hanging out downtown by the mission then this is the place for you.
