Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Shandale made the selection & buying process easy. She had samples so I knew what I would be getting. She also made an extra trip to provide temporary shades. Adam, the installer, was easy to work with and provided great customer service. He was helpful and patient with my questions.

We received A+ service from start to finish with Budget Blinds. Ruth's presentation was excellent and truthful and Honest. Installation was Perfect and Professional and Timely by Adam. We appreciated the fact that he wore booties inside our hime, and was friendly with our family dog. Ruth and Adam are a great asset to Budget Blinds.

Satisfied and happy with our automatic shades in our kitchen "skylight" windows. The process from start to finish was smooth and exceptional. The sales team, including Shandale, was helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick the best options in terms of color, style, mechanisms and accommodating our needs. We selected an inside mount motorized/automatic, cellular shades with a corded plug. The primary reason my husband and I wanted the shades was to minimize the greenhouse effect in our kitchen area during the summer months. Prior years we jimmy-rigged it with long shower curtain rods and black out curtains. However, in our oder years, it was getting very difficult to climb ladders to set it up. So "bit the bullet" and got shades. A huge plus is the corded plug. Normally the mechanism is battery operated and would need periodic replacements. Budget Blinds met our needs by avoiding having to change the batteries, and having to get on a ladder, by adding a plug. In addition, used a cord hider to place the cord for a better aesthetic look. That was extremely convenient and made me very happy. Also, LOVE the low profile frame for the shades; very clean and elegant. (see pics) The price of the shades were on the higher end. That being said, it was well worth the cost for aesthetic and convenience. I will recommend them to anyone and may require their services for more projects for our rental property. Thank you Budget Blinds.
