  I recently hired Budget Blinds to replace and install new blinds throughout my house, and the whole process was completely frustration-free, from the estimate to the installation. A big shout-out to the installer, who was extremely careful and professional. He did a great job and left the house spotless—there wasn’t any dust or debris left behind. I would definitely contact Budget Blinds again if I need new blinds in the future. Highly recommended!

  Adam and his team were phenomenal. They were incredibly professional and responsive and I would highly recommend them! My wife and I were so pleased with the final installation. We'll be coming back to them for anything we need in the future

  This is a long and complicated problem. I purchased my current house and the blinds the previous owners had installed were less than 4 years old. All of them have an unlimited and lifetime warranty. And the brand is ridiculously expensive. I used one of the blinds only a couple times and it broke. Well guess what? The manufacturer only provides lifetime to the original owner. Non transferable. I insert many angry words here. In this commodity driven market, they have no business refusing to provide a misleading warranty. Budget blinds cannot and will not go to bat for me and simply adheres to the manufacturer policy. I found a similar blind on that amazing store on line retailer for 80 percent less expensive. The replacement cost would exceed 500 for one stupid 22 inch wide blind. They could not repair it. All that broke was the inner spring mechanism. Do not buy signature. Do not buy springs window fashion. Do not expect the retailer to support an out of warranty problem. Also the manufacturer said the blind could not be repaired since they do not provide the part needed. What a total joke of a company. And shame on the retailer for not being willing to call springs to go to bat for a probably systemic manufacturing problem. I was willing to spend 100 bucks to put my shade on a new roller mechanism and that request cannot be met. Disappointed. Very suboptimal experience. If the blinds were old and cheap, I would expect nothing. Super expensive and relatively new, I expect at least accommodation, if not full warranty. The personnel at budget blinds were courteous and professional, but I still have a broken blind.
