Please do not use this company service. I am not sure how they get very high reviews on their services. Our first appointment was canceled without notice, just the link was sent and asked us to reschedule. Called customer service then it was closed because they operated followed mountain time. We rescheduled then no showed again. We had some issues before but this time we couldn't tolerate and will cancel contract with them. Please any homeowners be aware of this company and do not use their services.

The main reason for me signing up was so that my backyard could be treated because I had six dogs. I let the person know who came to my house to sign me up this week. They came to my house did not knock on my door did not spray my backyard.

I’ve been using Aptive for about a year now. This is the third company I’ve used, and I’ve come to the conclusion that all these pest control businesses are the same. They have all been acquired by large corporations. They might provide good service before the acquisition but, afterwards they seem to focus all their resources on door to door sales and cut their expenses on the Service side to try and drive profits. Also, you can never talk to the office that actually services your home. If you call their Customer Service, you talk to a person who has no pest control experience and they simply pass your messages to the office that is serving you. This is an extremely ineffective way of communicating customer concerns. You have to threaten to cancel to get a manager on the phone. The service got off to rocky start when the first tech began practicing extremely unsafe behavior when handling rat bait. I had to ask that he not return to our home. Since then, the service has been ineffective. There are spiderwebs all over the place outside. I’ve had repeated ant problems in the house. I don’t mind putting down the ant bait in my house. However, I started seeing Carpenter ants in my house and outside as well. I asked them to do something about the Carpenter ants outside. The tech said he would check it out. After the service, he text me he didn’t see any ants. The ant problem continued so I put down my own ant bait outside. The problem went away inside and outside my house. What am I paying them for again? These companies are making a big mistake in not allowing you to talk to the local office. I’m going to dump the service as soon as my contract period is over and I can do it without paying a penalty. I’m going to hunt for a good small local pest control business. All these large Corporate entities are a mess.

Please teach your salesmen to respect "No Soliciting" signs and not to ignore/ be rude to potential customers when they say " No, Thank you." I should not feel cornered in my own driveway of my property because your salesmen ignored me when I said " No, Thank you and No Solicitation" multiple times before he finally went about his day. Just because I was a previous customer multiple years ago doesn't mean I shouldn't be respected when I say No.

No one contacted us when he arrived for the service. I did not even know that he had been here. I do wish that he would let us know when he is here because sometimes the dogs are outside and we need to bring them in. The work seems to be done very well except there are a couple of bees nests in the upper eves on the north side of the house and I’m not sure they were treated. Could you let me know if they were dealt with?

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
