Dakota came by and did the inside and outside of my home. He answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Dakota was very knowledgeable in all things insects. He even had a couple of stories to go along with his valuable information. Thank you for sending him to my home.

I liked the guy that came out but that doesn't change the fact that I found a piece of rat bait outside the rat station. I have 3 dogs, and one is a puppy who will eat anything. I'm so relieved I found this poison before she did. I'm not so happy with any of your services since not of them have helped get rid of our problems.

Gave me a heads up when he may arrive. Checked with me before starting to see if I had concerns. Gave me a clear report with pictures even! Did a very respectful and good job. Thanks!

Do not sign up for any long term contract as you have to pay for service regardless of effectiveness. We travel as much as 10 month of the year and all they can provide is a spray around the house for bugs or hornet nests. Both which we can do ourselves when we are in town. We happened to be in town today and the tech arrived. We told him that our garage hadn't been serviced in 12 months. All he did was spray around the house and check the mouse box on the exterior and left. No traps in the garage which is where mice come in when we leave it open to work on the yard. A waste of time and money for what we receive.

Scheduling is abysmal. So far, we have had 3 services. They make an appointment and then no-show and/or reschedule without contacting me every time so far.
Customer service on the phone is terrible.
Physical service itself is fine.
The technicians have been 50/50.
Overall, so dissatisfied with this company. I have tried to cancel future services and they are trying to charge me astronomical cancellations fees.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
