Tony was great and explained about the snail problem we are having. He checked our rat trap under the house, our glue traps in the garage and took care of all the elements of our contract. Great customer service! Very kind and friendly!

Brian was my pest control employee today. He was very detailed about the work he did and sent me photographs of the areas he serviced. I appreciate the detailed communication. I was a client of another pest company for 40 years. With each new place I moved to, they were my go to company. When I was approached by Aptive, I thought I'd give them an opportunity to show that they could be equal or do better than my existing pest company. So far, after just two treatments, I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations! Communication is crucial in any partnership and I found Aptive to exceed those expectations as well! Kudos, and thank you Brian for excellent service and communication! I'd highly recommend Aptive and I love that their products are pet friendly.

Best pest control service I’ve come across! Brandon was great in getting us set up with our plan. Communication was consistent, clear, and precise about what to expect every step of the way.
The first application went smoothly, and they followed through on every bit of their word including removing two wasp nests from the exterior of our home and treating the mosquito problem around our property. Highly recommend!

I had a very uncomfortable experience with an Aptive Pest Control door-to-door salesperson.
They came to my home soliciting pest control services. I told them up front that I already have a contract with another pest control company, but they still pushed for me to sign up for a contract on the spot. During the conversation, they asked whether I was a U.S. citizen and then said they were surprised non-citizens are allowed to buy a house. I found that comment inappropriate and unprofessional.
I told them I would only review the details by email and discuss it with my wife before making any decision. They said they would follow up, but I never received the email.
Based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable doing business with Aptive. Door-to-door sales can already feel high-pressure, and comments about citizenship or who is “allowed” to own a home are completely out of place.
