    I have financed two electronics through this Everett Aaron's store and couldn’t be more satisfied! The entire team at this store truly values its’ customers, and it shows through the high level of customer service. My monthly payment was reasonable so eventually owning the items I wanted wasn’t a financial barrier.They are consistently kind, patient and professional. Life happens so they are very understanding and if hardships arise they are willing to work with you as much as they can.

    I was in need of a laptop for work so I went to Aaron's and I got what I needed. I never had any problems with the previous store manager and I was extremely happy with everything up until Malik took over the Everett location. I went in to make a payment on my laptop and I saw a sofa that I fell in love with. I was being helped by Hayley and was informed by her that I would need to wait for the next employee to help me because she didn't want to do the paperwork. I waited and was told by the other employee that Hayley would help me, and then I was shuffled back over to Hayley after waiting for over 30 minutes. I got the paperwork done and made my first payment and set up a delivery date that was two weeks out. When the time came for my sofa to be delivered I waited until 8 PM and didn't hear anything from Arron's so I called the store to see what was going on. Hayley answered the phone and let me know that the driver's had already gone home for the day and that maybe if they feel like delivering my sofa the next day that I would get it, if not I'd have to wait another two weeks because they were over booked. I asked to speak to the store manager Malik and Haley rudely cut me off saying that he's just going to tell me the same thing she did. So I waited for a call back from Malik. When he finally called me back several days later, he did not apologize or try to make things right. He was more concerned with defending his employee Hayley and saying that this behavior was not like her and that it wasn't her character. Totally besides the point if you ask me. I was told that he couldn't do anything for me and he suggested that I just cancel my order. I ended up canceling the sofa and getting one somewhere else. Since this incident happened I have had so many problems with my account. My laptop was stolen out of my vehicle and when I went in to talk to them about it Hayley was the person who was at the front counter. She said that the protection plan that I was on did not cover theft and she suggested that I drop the coverage, so I did. Come to find out she was wrong. Being that my car was just broken into and personal items were stolen along with bank cards and identification, I was unable to make a payment at that time. I was transparent with Malik and let him know everything that was going on and when I would be able to pay. The next day I began receiving phone calls asking for payment. Alex called my job and all of my references trying to collect payment. This was not only humiliating but totally unprofessional. I called the store again to explain the situation once again and Alex wouldn't even let me talk without talking over me until I pointed out that we are on a recorded line and that I was going to report them all to regional.I called regional and made a complaint and was told that someone would call me back. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. Malik did reach out and we came to an agreement to make one last payment and then he would send my ownership paperwork in the mail. It's been two weeks and I still have not received any paperwork. I have been calling the store for two days now and I've left several messages for someone to call me back and I've been ignored. I am still receiving text messages and emails saying that I need to make a payment. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This store has gone downhill since Malik and his group of employees took over this location. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Hopefully they get those people out of there and continue to do right by the customers that they have left.

I did have some issues before, but all those kinks were wroked out and iI must say, I've nothing but very happy since.... ****Edit from 1 star*** I just wanted to add that a representative name John got ahold of me today. He was absolutely understanding and thorough. We were able to discuss the issue and hopefully this entire ordeal is a valuable teaching moment to the other customer service reps that i had to deal with in the store. I was refunded what was due in a timely manner and have worked out all subsiding issues. Thank goodness for thoughtfulness and concern. Next time, please please please, confirm before charging. Ensure the customer and store rep are on the same page. Thankfully i got my refund before anything detrimental happened, and thank you to John for the follow up. All I wanted to do was update my EZpay...... Sooooo.... horribly long story, but the short of it is.... I'm still waiting on a $525 refund they said would be immediate... make sure you confirm what you want to pay, because they wont confirm and then charge you twice.

    Went in there looking for a couch. The sales person literally tried to sell me a extremely damaged couch for more than what I would even expect to buy a new one! I scoffed at her and said it's badly damaged on the armrest! She literally said to me oh but you could just keep a blanket or towel or something over that! I said this couch is worthless and should not even be on the sales floor! She says oh no this is a very nice couch! At this point I was done talking and just left.
