- CHCheyenne HardingSep 8, 20262.0Only reason they are even getting two stars is because of the product. Honestly, I’m surprised this store is even in business. They claim that they will honor previous agreements on leases. They do not. It has been over a month and I have had to repeatedly call to try and get ahold of someone. They do NOT care about your business at all: Their employees (Alexander) will impersonate being a manager. The couch and selection in store is fine. I didn’t have an issue with the product but the absolute atrocious customer service I’ve had is ridiculous. It’s a reasonable price if you can pay in cash prior to the timeline that your cash price expires but it’s not worth dealing with bad customer service. They do not care about their job. Inital purchase process is fine (with Haley,) but if you need support after that? Forget it. I tried contacting corporate to get ahold of someone at the store and they just told me to work with the store.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
