  Renting from AAA Wildcat is bar none the best U-Haul experience I've had. Rented from them many times and everytime has been great. Nice office, person behind the desk really knows the system, always someone outside to help get hooked up or drop off. Fasted and most pleasant experience I've had from any U-Haul rental company. 10/10.

  Would rate no stars if I were able. DO NOT GO HERE. Would not reccomend this place to anyone, ever. Worst customer service ever. We walked in and we instantly felt like a burden. The people at the desk an old man and very rude woman did not even seem to want to help us. We had a corporate gift card of sorts and they wouldnt even help us use it, we had to drive to Yakmia where we were moving to use it and get our supplies then drive back to Ellensburg to do our move. She laughed at us while we were leaving. Then they didnt have the truck that we reserved, then she didnt want to do the walk with us even if that is her job? She was so lazy! They wont answer their phone or get back to you no matter how many times you call. They knew we were coming to drop off and pick up our car yet they still left early. So we had to do the ending walk through ourselves because no one would answer the phone. We called 10 times. Led us into forgetting something on the truck, came back to look for it and it was stolen. Not a safe area for your items not even locked!!! So unprofessional!!! 100 percent a bad experience. Do not go here.
