Beware that if you miss payments, the late notice does not include a reminder that your unit will be auctioned off at 70 days. They will say they called you but don't leave messages. I'm sure they make more on units being auctioned off than the rents. Yes, my daughter's payment was late due to a lay-off, when she called to pay in full at 72 days she was then informed her unit was auctioned. This was 10 days after receiving an email that in no way stated her unit was in jeopardy of being auctioned. This is not honest business operation.
