  Melanie was a great asset for making my design decisions. I love what we picked out. Joe amd John, the expert installers, went the extra mile and made sure the drapes were perfectly hung and steamed straight. They educated me on several aspects of fabric care. They were professional, diligent and friendly. I would definitely recommend those team to anyone upgrading their window treatments.o

  I had custom curtains and blinds installed yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the process and result. Stoneside provided clear communication about the timeline and what to expect at each appointment. My designer, Amanda, was fantastic in guiding me through the selection of styles and fabrics. Going through dozens of samples is overwhelming to me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (and fun!). She offered valuable insights and I never felt rushed or pressured. Once I made my choices and the order was in, much to my surprise, everything was ready to go weeks ahead of schedule. Joe and Jon completed the installation. They were efficient, thorough and their work was beautiful. Everyone I encountered at Stoneside was a delight to work with. I’m thrilled with the end result and highly recommend this very professional team.

  We were looking for shades that offered privacy without blocking too much natural light. Melanie was very helpful during the selection process showing us different options in the exact space we were going to use them. We ended up going with motorized zebra shades in a wider stripe and light color. John was great and did an excellent job with the install. We love how they look and how they compliment the aesthetic of our house. Extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish.

  We worked with Stoneside to install custom shades for our whole house. Our design consultant, Amanda, was patient and helpful from the beginning of the process. We had never had fully custom shades made before, and Amanda’s insights on how to choose and what would look best were so helpful. She even came over to our home multiple times to help us choose the right fabrics, compare options in different rooms and light conditions, and make sure we felt confident about our decision. Though our shades had an unanticipated delay of several months due to a fabric back order, the Stoneside team was sympathetic and communicative throughout and offered to install temporary shades for us. Our installers, Joe and Jon, were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They did a great job installing our motorized shades, ensuring that everything was set up properly with the remote controls and TaHoma hub with an app on my phone before they left. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves and made themselves available to us in the future, should we have any more questions about the shades. After installation, we did notice some minor issues with the shades, and Amanda and Ashley from the customer service team responded immediately to our questions with action to fix the issues. Overall, we are so happy with the attentive communication and high level of service that Stoneside has shown us. I have high confidence that we will be in good hands if we ever need support with our shades in the future. Thank you!
