  Oh my, I can not say enough positive things. I came from the era that when it is time to move. You invite all your friends with trucks, then supply beer and pizza. Never thought I would hire a moving company. We will never do it ourselves again. I am now a believer! :)

  The United team from Bremerton was outstanding as the origin movers for our household interstate move. We had a containerized move which was perfect for our need of destination storage, honestly having been through 5 previous interstate moves, I wouldn’t want to do an interstate move any other way now. Andrew was a pleasure to work with during the estimate process - it was simple to schedule the virtual visit, he was clear and answered all my questions and handled follow up adjustments based on our complexity with ease. Mo was terrific and reassuring as our coordinator - I was so stressed out with a very tight timeline - and she got us through it and handled getting things coordinated at our destination. The onsite team doing origin pack-up and load, Alex, Deshaun and Quentin were absolutely terrific - I can’t say enough what a great crew they were. They worked so hard and so fast and just plain got it all done with appropriate care.

  All of the team at United were amazing. Everything flowed seamlessly. We were able to leave before everything was packed and every little unexpected problem that came up with packing and moving was handled for us easily even though we weren’t present. Sarah even helped me find a company to haul off 20 years worth of clutter and an assistant who helped us sort and decide what to keep and even helped us get everything clean for packing. The assistant she recommended was able to coordinate the move with Sarah so we could leave early to travel to our new place cross country without worry. Moria was contact for everything else related to the move. She was wonderful and accomplished all that needed to be done including arranging for long term store and set up everything for storage cross country while we look for our new house. I had no qualms leaving it in their capable hands. United also transported our second vehicle which arrived in excellent condition. I would HIGHLY recommend United and their team! I’m so pleased and feel so fortunate that we were able to hire them to do our move!

  One of the worst experiences moving * After initial estimate I inquired about added another piece of furniture to the move. Quoted additional ~$400 to move the item after sending pictures and exact dimensions via email. Asked multiple time if it was really okay. On moving day, movers said it's impossible to move and can't be taken apart. Instead they broke the piece beyond repair just to get it out of the house, fine. But then the agents claim even after I told them the exact dimensions with photos, because the estimate is binding there is no recourse. * Original estimate was Aug 3 departure, Aug 10-17 arrival from WA to MA. Found out the business day before Aug 17 that the truck broke down in WA. What? Couldn't I have been informed when the breakdown happened so I could plan for the 2 weeks extra I didn't have my belongings? The driver also ignored text and call throughout the process. * Trying to get someone to handle the $100/day refund for each day late is like pulling teeth. Its their error, but I have to chase people down to get my money back? * High value items don't matter if packed by owner (PBO). Had electronics break that were supposed to be inspected by the driver and be covered, yet after finding out items broke driver informed me that all items PBO regardless are not eligible to be covered under insurance. What's insured then? Why did we have to identify 'high value items' and specifically mark boxes when it doesn't matter? Lost 2-3k in damages.
