  We recently bought a Graco paint gun in March 2026 but did not open the box till May of 2026 the gun was a complete flop did not work properly was just a disaster. We brought the paint gun back to Lowes to get a credit and purchase a better paint gun. The warrantee was only for 30 days the guy at the counter said these guns have been returned several times since they are junk. I not only have a Lowes credit card but a pro member as well. They are selling a product that has been returned and junk, but they will not honor me as a customer. No credit, no exchange just out the 160.00 for the gun. I will never buy anything that Lowes will not honor and will close my account as well. Went to Home Depot they give at least a 90 warrantee and if not that they will at least give me a new paint gun. Needless to say, we spent our money at Home Depot!

  When in store and even connected to Wi-Fi The app does not work to let you select that store as your store. So you can't find any items in the store using the app. When I hit the button and electrical to request help I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up even with repeated announcements over that 15-20 minutes. When I walked around the store there were employees standing in different departments but apparently no one works in the electrical. Every time I seem to go to Lowe's they're just isn't very many employees able to assist with anything. It's unfortunate because they do seem like a decent store.. it's just that if you need help with anything you won't get much assistance. For quick in and out they're fine. For great assistance go to home Depot down the road instead.

  Went there to get a key made. All 3 of the employees I came across were so put off by me needing a key made at a non busy. Time it took like 10+ minutes for me to be able to ask for help. The. The last person I came across was actually really kinda rude. Not at any point did he look at me and say sorry for the hold up. He basically told me to go to walmart to have my keys made. Sorry but it says keys made here about your head. For me its not about them not being able to do it but its the disrespect the whole time like I was bothering them when they were at work.

  Lowe’s advertises on their website free same day delivery and yet I was billed for delivery. When I asked the store why they said because of the weight or quantity I did not know that if you order too many bags of mulch, they charge you for delivery. I know that Home Depot doesn’t so they will be getting my business from now on. There is nothing in the ad or on the website that said free delivery for only up to so many bags of mulch. I am so frustrated with Lowe’s. I ordered same-day delivery. I placed my order yesterday. I still don’t have it today. Needless to say, I am frustrated with them. I have ordered from them many times in the past, but I don’t think I will be doing that again.
