Christian was there to greet me with a smile as soon as I showed up to show me to my unit. Showed me how to use the lock. Walked me back down and let me know how to exit. Top tier customer service 👌 👏

The rental process was so easy. We had a nice walk through of units and chose the one we wanted. The space is very clean and anytime we have been there its very quiet as well. Definitely recommend this place.

I reserved a storage unit online and received a quote, but when I arrived, I discovered that the unit was interior-access only, significantly smaller than expected, and had low ceilings.
The bigger issue was the employee working at the location. From the moment we walked in, he was rude and confrontational. He opened the door while chewing with his mouth open, told us to wait; he was eating, then went to the back for about 10 minutes. When he came back out, he turned the music up obnoxiously loud, ignored us even though we had been waiting, and helped another customer who came in after his return.
When we mentioned that the music was loud, he became extremely agitated. He said, “Of course the music is loud. It's on purpose. I like it loud. It keeps me from falling asleep. That’s how I stay awake.”
Before we left, he yelled at us. Then, when my teenage daughter told him he did not need to raise his voice, he yelled at her as well. Absolute maniac!
I will never rent from this company at any of its locations.
