  I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of empathy and the outright hostility I experienced here. At 9:00 p.m., I was locked out of my car right across the street. I have an ongoing issue with my car lock and simply went in to ask for a basic wire hanger to help get inside. The employee on duty acted like my simple request was a massive burden. When I expressed frustration, he actually called me a racist. I am a Black person living in Bellingham—the accusation is absurd and was an obvious attempt to deflect from his own prejudice, bad attitude, and refusal to help someone in distress. Previously, a wonderful female employee after hours had no issue opening the door and giving me two hangers. This man, however, treated a minor request like I was asking for his beating heart. I will not be coming back to a business that harbors this kind of hatred and hostility toward customers.

  My daughter asked which one was a dryer. A woman pointed her to a washer. And was very rude. My daughter is still learning. We usually have a dryer at the house

  I used to love this place even tho it is expensive, I valued the good customer service and clean atmosphere. These last 3 visits were not only horrible but all three workers I had an experience with don't know the meaning of providing positive customer services. Then to top it off tries to humiliate you in front of other customers. Sad face!!!! Hopefully these aren't the owners. Me and my family and network will definitely not return. 😁 I shoulda stayed with my Lakeway place!!
