  Staff is kind and helpful. Storage space is clean and safe. Extra amenities include PO Boxes and packing supplies for sale. Just a really convenient , friendly neighborhood resource in Fairhaven. Thank you all for taking good care of me with my storage needs!!!

  This is a somewhat unusual review of the storage facility, as I don’t actually utilize any storage space. I am an Amazon driver who recently delivered to the main office. After finishing my delivery, I was offered an ice-cold beverage which was HEAVEN on a hot day. I also utilized the nearby portable restroom, which is maintained by the storage facility purely for drivers, customers, and anyone who may find themselves in need of a pit stop. The generosity of this act is not lost on me. Thank you for making my day more comfortable!

  Fairhaven Self Storage is easily the best storage experience I've ever had. It's tucked into the Happy Valley neighborhood right above historic Fairhaven in Bellingham — super quaint, green, tree-lined area, and it's close enough to I-5 to be convenient (right off the first Bellingham exit) without actually being on the freeway, so you don't deal with any of that noise or hassle. The units themselves are really easy to access, no weird layout or awkward turns to deal with. Another quality that makes this place stand out is the team. Michelle runs the show and she's fantastic to work with — communicative, helpful, just makes the whole process easy. Zane and Kevin are the attendants and they're awesome too, always friendly and on top of things. If you need storage in the Bellingham area, do yourself a favor and go here. I can't recommend it enough.

  The property has somewhat of an unusual layout, but other than that, it was clean, secure, reasonable hours, easy to use, and acceptable pricing. If you need a lock, purchase from them--it's a better deal than some of the big box stores, plus there were 3 keys with the one we got. They were pleasant to work with, everything was clearly outlined in the paperwork, and they were accommodating when possible. We didn't need our unit long, but I would absolutely be willing to do business with them again if the need arose.
