I have back issues and can be very indecisive, and I changed my mind more than once about what I wanted, but she never made me feel annoying or pressured. She took a lot of time explaining the differences between the models, answering all my questions, and helping me think through what would actually work best for my body and sleep. What I appreciated most was that she was honest—she gave me her real opinion, even after I went home and started second-guessing everything over text. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with pain and trying to make an expensive decision. Howell made the whole process feel much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit, not just making a sale. If you work with Howell, you’ll be in good hands.

He was able to give us some store specials in addition to the sale discount, which made us happy customers. Delivery was prompt for the mattress and the pillows that were delivered by UPS. Overall, a great customer service!
- BGBarbara GayleMay 31, 20261.0I think that the salesman Larry needs to understand that there really is not a white glove delivery service by tempur-Pedic. The company has farmed it out to an unknown delivery service.(Carlos and William). That company is not committed to the service that is described. They do not travel with tools to remove the bed frame (only four bolts) and they want you to feel sorry for them that you are the last (number 18) delivery. They were an hour late (6:30ish) and not willing to wait ten minutes for tools to come to remove headboard and for them to use the headboard attachment provided by the store salesman. They would not wait ten minutes because as the dispatcher said they only want to be at your house 25 minutes. Not what I call a white glove delivery. And especially if you pay almost $7,000 for a mattress. I canceled the order.

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.

Yes, Tempur-Pedic mattresses are designed to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames, except for non-U.S. market products or unusual sizes. Ensure the mattress rests on a flat, solid surface with adequate support if not using Tempur-Pedic foundations.
