  After a remodel we wanted to update from self-installed cellular shades which were great at first, but were really showing their age. Melissa was great to work with, with several virtual consultations to really help is focus in on our needs and aesthetic, and sending us lots of cool samples. We settled on Stride Pearl blinds,w are full privacy but light filtering, with no valence for a minimalist look. We absolutely love them. Vuong did a great job measuring and installing. They're probably not the cheapest, but are extremely well made (domestically) and feel like they'll last a long time.

  We are really happy with our window treatments, especially the motorized ones. I was skeptical at first about the extra cost of motorized shades, but they are TOTALLY worth it. James was super patient as we took forever to pick out our shades and styles and gave very sound advice. He even came back to our house after they were installed to check in and make sure we were happy. Steve, who installed our shades, was a professional. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was super respectful of our home and went out of his way not to disrupt us. The only reason we give 4 stars instead of 5 is that one pattern we picked out ended up being unavailable and out of stock so we had to choose another style. Certainly, no one's fault and James went out of his way to help us choose a new (and better) pattern! We've already referred 2 people to James and will keep referring!
