  I recently purchased a small bookcase from this furniture shop and had a great experience. The store has a nice selection of modern and classic designs. The staff was welcoming and helped me find a piece that fits perfectly in my room. Prices were reasonable and the checkout process was quick. Delivery was on time and the item arrived in perfect condition.

  RH Outlet Bellevue Customer Service Is Damaging RH Brand. Visited this store to purchase a 2-door sideboard on Jan 25th 2025, but the experience was very disappointing. The cabinet was covered with thick white dust in 2 areas. When I asked the salesperson if it could be wiped down so that I can know if anything is damage behind the thick white dust, she spent over a minute explaining that she “didn’t have time,” even though it would have taken only seconds (literally 5 seconds is sufficient). Eventually, she handed me a cloth and cleaning solution and asked me to clean it myself. When I spoke with the store manager, she just took the cleaning supplies away and told me the issue was “not dust but damage,” and that I could simply choose not to buy the item because they don't have any time to WIPE DOWN THE DUST, and then walked away. As a customer who was ready to make a purchase, I found both the attitude and the lack of basic service unprofessional. I didn't make up this story because it's true. I was super satified with RH Output Bellevue (both service and product) since 4 years ago, not sure what happened to this store recently.

  Very disappointed. They advertise themselves as “high end furniture store”. But it’s much more like a warehouse. The only “high end” thing was their prices.
