  Super dissatisfied. They will not help you at all for anything beyond the water tank itself. The problem is that their system ties into the electrical and the plumbing. They were completely unhelpful in that respect, basically telling me good luck and that my electrician and plumber should "know what to do." Then when I found those tradespeople, and they had questions, Moore was completely unhelpful. And on top of all of that, they didn't even let me know I needed ANOTHER permit for the backflow valve, which held up our final inspection by WEEKS when we found out the hard way. In our entire house building experience Moore was the WORST company we worked with. Stay away.
