    Best place to see the wide selection of plumbing styles, manufacturers and configurations when planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Connor provided informed, friendly assistance when we were ready to order, and made sure all the components would work with each other. Could not be happier. Once we ordered, shipping was included.

    The store is useful as a display for different models, although one should not expect that the salesmen are knowledgeable, or that they stand behind the products sold, regardless of how much you spend there, or what they state when they present the different options. For example, one of the faucets we bought for our remodel was a Brizo Siderna. No warning whatsoever from the salesman that this model has a bad splashing issue. After we installed it and found the issue (and then confirmed from the reviews on their own website that it is a design issue), the salesman from the Ferguson home did not respond and the customer service gave us the 1800 number for Brizo and told us that it is not their issue if the design is defective, and the faucet cannot be returned as it was installed. The attitude was radically opposite from when they helped us to select the different elements, when they mentioned that they carefully select the models they sell.

    Visited the Bellevue showroom today to find fixtures for our bathroom remodel. Walking in no one says a word to us including the young lady sitting at reception. After spending 1/2 hour looking around with no one acknowledging us, I asked a gentleman sitting at his desk smiling at his phone if he had time for a couple of quick questions. “Not really, we go by appointments.” Ok, never mind. I’m guessing that the flannel shirt I was wearing gave them an inaccurate impression of the size of my bank account, so they weren’t very interested in helping me. I will say it is a very nice show room and we did find items we like but, we’ll do our own research and probably buy somewhere else. I should also note that my wife did buy from them during our kitchen remodel but this experience left us both cold and looking elsewhere to spend our money.

    We are remodeling two bathrooms. Connor D was incredibly helpful. Connor’s product knowledge was incredible, and he also has a keen eye for design. Connor made the whole process very easy.

    I’m truly impressed by the customer service at this store—especially from Steven. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easily one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever worked with. He provided a great deal of support while we were selecting products for our bathroom remodeling project. I can be quite particular, and we ended up making several exchanges, but Steven was always kind, responsive, and quick to help whenever we weren’t fully satisfied. What stood out even more was his continued support after our purchase. A few months after installing our faucets, we noticed some stubborn water stains that were difficult to remove. We followed the brand’s official cleaning instructions, but unfortunately, that made the issue worse. When we reached out to Steven, he immediately contacted the brand’s representative on our behalf. Thanks to his help, we were able to receive replacement sets. Steven also went above and beyond in another situation. One of our kitchen lights stopped working—it had been purchased by the previous homeowner from this store. I reached out to Steven, and he took the initiative to check the warranty status. He found that it was still covered, provided the original proof of purchase, and connected us with the manufacturer. With his assistance, we were able to get a free replacement. I highly recommend this store and especially Steven. His exceptional service is the reason we’ll continue to come back. You won’t be disappointed if you work with him!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
