Abdul was fantastic to work with. I needed parts for our Nordic Crown XL and he helped source everything we needed to get up and running again. I highly recommend doing business with Aqua Quip-Bellevue to anyone. BTW- Our Nordic Crown XL has been virtually maintenance free for 14 years. Top quality hot tubs built to last.

This is a review of Aquaquip in general, NOT this specific store. I purchased a hot tub from Aquaquip, and have had an extremely poor customer experience trying to get a repair job done with it, hence this review. The brand new hot tub I purchased from Aquaquip came with 3 separate light issues. 2 of the interior (inside the shell) lights would not make certain colors, and 1 of the exterior lights was completely out. When you purchase a hot tub with Aquaquip, they "guarantee" that if there are any manufacturing issues within 2 yrs of you purchasing the tub, they will take care of it for free. However, in this particular case, I have had my hot tub for almost a full year and counting, and they still have not repaired these lights for me. 1 of the 2 lights is against the house, and thus will be very difficult to access. It would require many steps, done by professionals: drain the tub, disconnect electrical wires, move the tub, repair light, move the tub, reconnect electrical wires, refill the tub. I think, according to Aquaquip's guarantee, they should handle the coordination and execution of these steps, especially since that particular light was not working when they delivered the brand new tub to me. Nonetheless, knowing that that light would be a lot more involved, I elected to proceed with getting the other 2 (more accessible) lights repaired. I have had 6 separate appointments scheduled with the service department to fix these issues . Here's a summary of each one: 1. I was told to drain the tub of all the water in advance of the repair appointment. I did this, but when the repairman came to my house for the appointment, he told me that there were 2 issues. He didn't have the parts he needed (communication breakdown on their end), and also he wanted water to be "in" the tub so that the electricity could be turned on. Note I was explicitly told to drain it in advance of the apppointment by Aquaquip, which was not a quick process. 2. A second appointment got scheduled, and the day of the appointment, they cancelled it because "parts had not arrived". This was frustrating because the appointment had been scheduled for a month. I would have preferred to wait to schedule the appointment until they were sure they had the parts needed. 3. Appointment #3 was a no show. The day of the appointment passed, I never heard from anyone (despite confirming the appointment the day before). I had to follow up with them, and they said they weren't sure what happened, but rescheduled it. 4. The next appointment, I was unable to be home while they came out, but they said this wouldn't be a problem, and that the technician could do the work without me there. When I got home that day, I saw that the work was not completed. Upon following up with them, they said that the technician said they couldn't do the work because the tub was full of water. Note that this is directly the opposite of what the first technician told me (that we needed water in the tub to do the repair and test it). 5. Appointment #5 was also a no show, in the same way #3 was. 6. For appointment #6, I made it clear to them ahead of time exactly what job needed doing, and that the tub would have water in it. This time, the tech came out but did not complete the repair. He said that the tub needed to be moved in order to access the light (basically didn't do any repairs because he couldn't access 1 of the 3 lights, the 1 which wasn't even part of the repair request). Throughout the whole process, I've had very limited ability to actually talk to anyone in the repair/service department. It is an entirely separate entity from the retail stores. The bottom line is that there are big communication gaps and poor processes in place that make actually getting a guaranteed repair done on your hot tub extremely difficult. This has been extremely frustrating, and this review is an effort to get attention from Aquaquip to improve their processes (as well as warn other customers about purchasing hot tubs with Aquaquip).

Aqua Quip has been great to deal with. They always provide the right information and recommendations when dealing with my hottub issues. Prices are competitive as well. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! I was super nervous going in, fully planned on just looking around and then buying a tub online, but the folks working, Tristan and Jill (?), were SO helpful, told me everything about the different models and the upsides and downsides of each. They didn’t pressure me to buy right away or check out when I told them I wasn’t buying one today (which happened at another place I went this morning). They were so nice and knowledgeable, and I actually ended up buying a little 3 person Jacuzzi! Couldn’t be more excited about it :)
