- DMDoug McGlashanJul 11, 20255.0When we built our house in 1996 we heard about Hal and Window-ology and had him come and do all the window coverings and shades in the house. Hal helped us figure out what type of shade would work for different windows and sliding glass doors and helped us pick up fabrics colors. After installing everything we were amazed at how wonderful everything looked and how he put the finishing touch in every room. Since then we have called Hal for all of our needs and he has always come up with just the right solution. But what is most important is that Hal is not only knowledgeable and professional but he defines what Customer Service should look like. He has always had a great and positive attitude and is always extremely responsive to any question and all repairs or changes that need to be made. There is no one better to take care of any window covering than Hal and Window-ology!

He installed them and has always been wonderful about answering any questions we had about programming and resyncing the system to our remote control, app and hub.

Darcy has great decorating sense and was a major help in deciding which blinds we chose... she also knows the product well. I felt completely comfortable leaving her and Hal to finish the install in my home while I returned to work: they left the house perfectly tidy. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. Their price can't be beat for a product of this quality.
