Since the business name is so easy to remember, I was happy to learn that they were still in business when I Googled the name. Pamela was the sales person who came to my home. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a large window in my master bedroom. She showed me a couple options, helped me choose colors & followed up w/price quotes. Both were more than I had planned to spend, so I was very pleased that she didn't stop there & called me back w/another option. She came back a second time to show me the style & colors available more in my price range. Hal (owner) & Pamela are both personable & provide the type of customer service that is rare today. Payment was made easy via Zelle & I'm looking forward to receiving my new window covering later this month!

Hal helped us figure out what type of shade would work for different windows and sliding glass doors and helped us pick up fabrics colors. After installing everything we were amazed at how wonderful everything looked and how he put the finishing touch in every room. Since then we have called Hal for all of our needs and he has always come up with just the right solution. But what is most important is that Hal is not only knowledgeable and professional but he defines what Customer Service should look like. He has always had a great and positive attitude and is always extremely responsive to any question and all repairs or changes that need to be made. There is no one better to take care of any window covering than Hal and Window-ology!
