  First off I want to say the people who came and did the work were good. They were kind, respectful, and did good work. We were satisfied with that. However, the administration side of things was some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. There was zero communication from the office, even when things were delayed by 5 hours and went an extra day despite being told “we will have 3-4 guys out here and this will be done in 4 hours”. So it took two days and, again, no personal courtesy call from the office. The job was not done as discussed and no call back was given after calling and discussing the issue. All I was told is they’d “have to do some digging” and that was 3 days ago. Any time we called they were dismissive and seemed bothered we called in the first place. The price was good but they are very frustrating to deal with.

  Yard clean up crew took out a section filled with foxglove and native bleeding hearts and another section of thyme as part of a clean up last September and I still haven’t been able to get the company to replace them. Ive sent multiple emails and I no longer even get a response so maybe this will get their attention

  Our lawns have been a disaster area for years and we've been battling it on various ways. We finally contacted Tim's and they assessed the problem, recommended the fixes and upkeep. That was fall off last year and they did a full rework of the front yard and "mended" a section of the rear yard. It took several weeks before we started seeing the grass shoots and then it was showtime. The yard has since turned plush and is still filling in. Brent, one of the managers, has since visited is to check on the progress and answered questions. Definitely pleased with the results.
