  We got a new lawn from Tim’s installed a couple years ago, and I asked very specific questions about the slope in our lawn and concerns about keeping it alive. The person who I worked with then quit the company and I expressed these concerns to the person that installed it. He ended up giving terrible directions on keeping the grass alive when to cut it, etc. I felt like an afterthought. I had patches of dead grass within a month and the grass actually never even took. Within a year it was all dead. I reached out to the company multiple times throughout that process to try and get help. One guy came out once, but no progress was made. I reached out to Tim’s and let them know of my dissatisfaction with the service and the owner actually accused me of trying to use a review to get a new lawn and said “we don’t guarantee any of our work.“ He made me feel like it was my fault that his company did a bad job. I would never work with this company again. And I think it’s important that prospective customers know the type of service they will be getting. I am confident he’s going to reply to this with some wild accusations and passive aggressive objections to my experience, but that would simply be what I expect from this guy.

  Brent and the team at Tim's Complete Landscape are professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of their clients. We've always been impressed by their willingness to step in, solve problems, and ensure customers are well taken care of. Highly recommended! I also use them for my own property and it has helped give me time back.

  Tims rebuilt my property in Tacoma. Needed a gravel driveway and they did an amazing job. I recommend them for any lawn project!

  We had patio pavers and landscaping done by Tim’s Landscaping. Super happy with the way it turned out. The crew were terrific, open to all my suggestions and the way I wanted it done. James and Brent were very helpful and willing and able to take care of any issues that arose.
