DO NOT RENT HERE! They have a roach infestation. I went to my storage unit to retrieve my luggage for a trip and there are roaches all over the place. I called and they knew they had an infestation but did not notify anyone. The woman i spoke to on the phone said they evicted the person who had the roaches, great but what are you doing to fix the problem? I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years to keep my stuff safe and instead I have a storage full of stuff I cannot use. The lady on the phone did not seem to care nor offer any solutions to the issue.

I chose this facility because they guaranteed the low cost rental spot for the first 12 months. The guys name was Christian, I believe. Either way, every 3 months there is a new change to my rent spiking and without warning. I’m getting sick of it. I already closed out one rental spot yesterday. Working on my second rental spot then I’m done with these guys.

It's very clean and the front desk ladies, Ferguson and La Rosa are super helpful and extremely nice, they make the any interaction fun and easy! 2 thumbs up for these 2 young women!
