  I came to Aaron’s back Feb/March. I just needed bedroom furniture. I picked out exactly what I wanted. I was told it only take two weeks to get delivered. I called to check in. They said it never made it on the truck. I had to rearrange my schedule to be there for the delivery. It finally gets delivered, but then as the guys are unloading everything they notice that the bed frame is broken and can’t finish putting anything together. They order a new bed frame. That took another 2 weeks to come in. So my mattress is still sitting on the floor and I’m paying for something that I’m not even getting the full use of. Fast forward to now Oct. I called September 24th to schedule a pick up of the bedroom furniture because I’m moving. The person I talked to got me on the schedule for Sept 30th. I called again on September 28th to confirm the pick up and the time frame. They said between 3-8pm I even gave them my brothers phone number to stay in touch with him the day of since I would be working. My brother spent his WHOLE day waiting for them. I called when I got off work at 6:30pm on Sept 30th. All for the manager Aaron to say I was never on the schedule!! That somehow it got missed when they moved their scheduling system over at the end of the month. He then made it seem like it was my fault when I told him I need the furniture gone by Saturday 10/3 He said “I can squeeze you in, my guys have a really big day” he then said he could fit me in before 3 or it could be after 3. I called on Thursday night to let them know I had to rearrange my schedule to get off early to be there after 3! He then says he can’t guarantee that it will be after 3 anymore. So I had to take the WHOLE day off on Friday 10/2 and they showed up at 2pm If you decide to use this Aaron’s, just make sure your schedule is flexible. And they do not deliver on weekends.

  Definitely not the best place to rent from or communicate with i just moved and ordered furniture from them and because my ID isn't updated they don't want to deliver my furniture.....

  DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON CLEARANCE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS ON CLEARANCE!!! They do not disclose that all items on clearance are broken. I just purchased a sofa and love seat on clearance, the wooden frame is falling out of the sofa, I called 2 times to have it looked at. They finally came out and took pictures and promised to follow-up. 3 weeks passed and I had to call to find out what was going on just to be told it was a clearance item and as is....why was I not informed that I was buying broken furniture?? It feels like I was ripped off to make a sale! I do not recommend buying anything from this store.

  Hello my fridge died and we needed to get a new one so my husband and I tried out Aaron's The two guy that delivered it we very nice when they told me about the 40.00 dollars to take the old fridge away I didn't know this and they said no problem and told me just to take the 40.00 to the store I am really pleased they were understanding and I still got my fridge I just want to say you guys rock thank you very much Heather Johnson

  Great place to get furniture if it is new at a reasonable monthly price on a payment plan. This store is a little better than others we have been to in Vancouver, WA but the customer service level isn't the best. We have a great experience with the store manager at this store but beyond that the staff have ruined our experience for wanting to continue to shop there. The billing staff never seem to get to work with accounts like they should without getting the run around and always working with different people.
