I had a terrible experience with Lowe's. It was a long time ago.
I met a young man right at customer service. His name was Ricardo.
He was so helpful. I am trying to do a little rock river above my rock wall. He helped me find my credit card in my wallet in the app. And he took out large rocks that was on a pick up order. He was very knowledgeable. He also went to and explained how to purchase the other pavers. He also loaded up all of it. He ever asked to see what the finished product would look like. I had taken a pic of the beginning of my project. That is why he was so interested in what the final looks would be. He was genuine. I usually feel these things. I'm happy to say that hopefully someone can get custom service from Ricardo. Thank you Lowe's

I went to buy some clearance plants yesterday. All the houseplants (clearance or not) were just sopping wet. I saw several I wanted, but over watering like that kills the plants and encourage fungus gnats. Whoever is in charge of the houseplant section needs some training. It was really just sad all those plants sitting there dying for no reason 😢

Gina Rily is an incredibly talented kitchen design specialist, and we feel so fortunate to have had her guide us through the process of remodeling our kitchen. We completed a full remodel with custom cabinets, and there were so many design considerations we never would have thought of ourselves. Thankfully, Gina did.
We brought her a few inspiration photos, and she took our vision and made it even better. She has an exceptional understanding of both functionality and design. Gina incorporated so many thoughtful features that have made our kitchen a dream to work in, including pull-out pantry shelves, large storage drawers, a dedicated utensil cabinet that keeps our countertops clutter-free, and a cabinet designed specifically for baking sheets and cooling racks.
We receive compliments on our kitchen all the time, and we give Gina full credit for how beautiful and functional it turned out. Her expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. On top of that, she is a genuinely kind person and an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Gina to anyone looking for an outstanding kitchen designer.
