    Purchased new Toro lawnmower. It runs rough intermittently. I tried to return for a refund. Lowe’s would not accept the refund and trying to get help from Toro is impossible. $550 dollars and I got a lemon. Bad business practices on Lowe’s behalf.

    I am trying really hard to not be negative but twice now I have been disappointed in their garden center. All I needed was help loading some soil. Thanks no thanks. I asked three people already to call someone. Today I found my own plants and figured it out on my own.

    called and had to plead with an ai bot to even get to an associate, took several minutes for anyone to even answer the phone. get rid of the ai bull and let me talk to a real human being in a timely manner.

    I bought a gas stove from them in April of 2026. It was represented to me as a floor model that had never been sold. The employee selling it to me had confirmed with me that it had never been sold. He also confirmed with me that I had natural gas, as this is what he represented the stove as requiring. I confirmed that I did. After I got the stove home I then proceeded to install. Lo and behold i found that it had been converted to propane (no conversion tag as legally required on the back of the stove) and in fact had been previously sold. I have returned to the store multiple times with no attempt by staff to correct this issue. I now have a stove that is unusable with zero direction or consideration from the store that sold it to me on how I can get this corrected. Mind you all I am asking for is the correct parts to make this stove work at my home. 5 natural gas orifices in total. Do not buy an appliance from Lowe’s!! They have no clue what they are selling and will absolutely leave you hanging if an issue arises

    I went to the paint apartment to get some paint. I had taken a picture of a label from a old paint can, which I got from lowes previously. I needed just a pint more of the same color but in flat instead satin. So there was a gentleman there and he started talking about hw he was just made supervisor of the paint apartment and such and how this person (Deidre) was new to the department and doing good. So I showed him the picture I had taken from the paint can, I told him I wanted this paint but in a flat and just a pint of it. All the gentlemen had to do was but in the paint code. But man he started rambling on just seemed like he wasn't listening and confused, he mixed up the paint wrong twice. After the second time I told him to forget and I would come back and try again. I came back 2 days later and Deidre was there and I asked if her supervisor was there and she said no it was just her today and I said perfect. I told her exactly what I told her supervisor and she said no problem and had me read off some numbers to that she showed and it was a perfect match. Deidre has only been doing this part time for a couple weeks. I just wanted to share how great of a job she did made she will be the supervisor soon.
