Can't even give this company a 1 star rating. Total incompetence at every level in this store. I have been trying/fighting/struggling with them for over a month to replace a dishwasher that is under manufacter warranty. I have basically had to do all the legwork and still keep getting roadblocks every time I think we have the problem solved. I have emailed the corporate office and have gotten NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting any appliances through them. I am still actively trying to work through this as I'm writing the review. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience ever.

Went to South Burlington store for an air conditioner and a large sliding glass patio door. The crude man in the dept came to us in regard to the door and told us we could not afford the door we were asking about. He then turned away from us and helped another lady. That store lost a $3000.00 sale and customers for life. Good job, Lowe’s! Well done! Will never enter that store again.

Went for potting plants. Selection is limited. They are understaffed in the garden department. Took about 20 minutes to check out.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
