Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't help me out and when I asked to see a manager I was told (in front of other customers ) that l was rude. I have spent thousands in your store and have had so many poor experiences but yesterday was by far the worst. If you think l'm dropping this you're wrong. I'm returning to the store today to see if I can get this person fired. I'm really sick of your disrespect. Read the online reviews and stop reacting by replying with empty and probably AI generated lip service.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT waste your time ordering a delivery from Lowes!!! This is day 3 of trying to track down a delivery and nut one person has any idea where it is. Funny they take your money and then offer you pure garbage customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop at Home Depot.
