  The representatives of the company were friendly, courteous and on time. They provided a reasonable arrival window and texted when they were on their way. Their service call met my needs and the price was fair. The quote for repairs was quick and reasonabl. I'd use them again.

  Tech showed up at the beginning of service time offered-Friday at 2pm. Lovely, appreciated. Despite sending the model number and the exact part needed, the tech didn’t bring the correct part, and had to reschedule. Be prepared to take multiple days off of work to accommodate the limited availability offered by the company. Asking the company to let customers know ahead of time the process for repair led to the company telling me to reach out to my landlord. Hoping this company realizes that clear, direct communication and setting clear expectations of their process is best practice. Easy, simply adjustment to business flow. Would help many, and especially those with disabilities. Tech was great, and quick.

  The tech was great, right on time, called ahead that he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable, very professional & very pleasant person. He didn’t try to sell what was not needed, which I appreciated very much. I would highly Recommend His a keeper in my book, for any future appliance repairs !

  I had a service appointment at 12 noon and Josh was on time. He came into the house ready to work and quickly removed the old dishwasher. After a brief prepping of the new one, he had the new one installed in no time at all. Josh is very professional and a very likable guy. He didn’t mind me watching him work, I enjoy watching people work since I’m retired, and explained everything he was doing. He did a thorough cleanup when he was done and a test run of the dishwasher before he left. He also explained some things about the type dishwasher that we purchased, and if there were problems what to look for. I will definitely use. GH appliance repair for future endeavors and I hardly recommend them. I thought the price I was charged was fair and will recommend them highly. Jesse Barbour.

  From the moment Victoria reached out via message to schedule appt to the times Zach arrived for repair they were both very kind, polite and friendly. I really enjoyed this experience. I pray that God put people like them in my path all the time. Thank you Lord. Appliances are repaired and properly functioning. Work completed in a fast and timely manner. Thank you all so much.
