  4 different trips to repair an ice machine. $160 just to show up. 2nd trip to install but had the wrong part. Installed part and didn't work a week later. 4th trip different person pulled out the water filter and it worked...$684

  Gill is the technician from GH Appliance repair who completed repairs to our Bosch Dishwasher. To say the least, he was exceptional. Consummate professional, cheerful demeanor, and efficient. He clearly loves his work and the company he serves.

  Our technician Justin was fantastic. Very positive attitude and knowledgeable on what the issue was. We did appreciate that he also called his boss to confirm his diagnosis and repair route We had a different company come out and wanted to charge us DOUBLE what GH Appliance charged Will most definitely be using these guys again in the future

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. I 100% recommend GH Appliance to anyone looking for help repairing any appliance that don't work. I called late in the day, and was told they would able to send someone out the next day. They took my info, igave me an initial price for a tech to come out and diagnose the problem with complete transparency on pricing. They immediately text me after our call to tell me a time window of 9a-12p.I was dreading the fact I would have to give up a portion of my day waiting for someone to show up, there's nothing worse, but I didn't wait long. Thier tech showed up on time , and also informed me first thing when they were going to arrive. And showed up earlier then he said. Not only that, he was extremely polite and courteous. Came in and went straight to work. Diagnosed the problem, told me exactly what it would cost to fix, and then went out to his van, got the parts and fixed it right then and there. No waiting or rescheduling. He was not only efficient, but professional and thorough as well. Everything was done in less than an hour of him showing up, and rhe pricing was more than fair. I wish all techs that came out to do work were as great as this one was. They should be proud to have an employee like him. It rare these days. I've never dealt with a company that was so transparent, and communicated so well from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you GH Appliances for a job well done!
