  My mother, Daisy Barbour Pick U storage because of the location and she meet the individuals that manage the property. They are truly a blessing and they go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. We let the time get past us and was locked inside of the gate..they waited for us to finish and opened the gate to let us out without any problems. They are very caring and understanding and a joy to talk to. Thank you .

  Misleading Unit Size & Poor Customer Resolution I rented a unit advertised as 10x15, but after measuring it, the actual usable size is closer to 10x12. That is a huge difference when you are planning storage space and paying based on advertised dimensions. What is most disappointing is the way management handled the situation. Instead of correcting the issue or helping move us into the proper size unit without extra costs, their solution was basically: rent another unit, pay another administrative fee, pay insurance again, and move everything yourself. The staff acted like they were trying to help, but in reality the only option offered required spending even more money because of their inaccurate description. That is not the kind of customer service people expect when there is a clear issue with the unit size. Make sure you physically measure the unit before moving your belongings in, because what you pay for may not be what you actually get.

  I had a great experience working with Candie and Joe at Mini U Storage. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, which immediately set the tone for a welcoming and professional experience. They are truly down-to-earth, friendly, and easy to work with. What really stood out to me was how they interact with their customers — I personally witnessed them treat a customer with the same level of kindness, respect, and expertise. That speaks volumes about their character and how they run their business. From a business standpoint, they were also great to work with. They trusted us to complete a project for them, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. It turned out to be a great experience on both sides. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend visiting Mini U Storage. I’m confident Candie and Joe will take great care of you and make the entire process smooth and welcoming.
