Lowe's delivery window was a whopping 7 hours.. 7 hours. And they still couldn't make it. I've waited here all day. Im still waiting. Shop somewhere else especially if you need something delivered. Never again.

I ordered 18 x 18 pavers from Lowe’s because I carefully measured the exact size I needed. These pavers were expensive and very nice. However, Lowe’s delivered 16 x 16 pavers to my house by mistake.
Later, when my workers told me we needed 20 more pavers, I went to Lowe’s to buy them and realized that the original delivery was the wrong size. By that time, it was already too late to return the 16 x 16 pavers because more than 40 pavers had already been installed on the ground.
Now my entire project is messed up because of this delivery mistake. Please pay more attention when delivering orders, especially for important materials like this.
Also, the cashier in the returns department was very unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating.
