I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage and would highly recommend this location. Haileigh provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through the facility while explaining the available options. She also helped identify alternative units on different floors that better aligned with my budget, which I greatly appreciated.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, well-lit, and located in a safe, convenient area. One feature that stood out was the enhanced lock system, which provides an added layer of security and peace of mind compared to traditional storage locks.
What truly made the experience exceptional was Haileigh's professionalism and willingness to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process.
