Just pathetic. Mutli-billion dollar company and cannot get anyone to help or answer a phone.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I travel all over the East Coast and I have yet to find more pitiful service than here. Almost 20 minutes and counting for someone to answer the phone for questions on an online order.

I generally really like Lowe's. This store it take 10 minutes to locate a single lumber cart (has happened on the last 3 consecutive visits) this is ridiculous, walked the entire parking lot... Help goes from nonexhistant to losing 20 minutes. Do better Lowe's.

If you know what you need and where to find it it's a great place to go , but good luck if you are looking for an associate to help they can sense when you need help and you can't find them and I also noticed a lot of the help buttons are no longer available but I still like to buy my lumber there even if I have to load it by myself but that is what the world is coming to self checkout.
