When I signed up I got a good deal 4 months ago, I am paying month to month, and I understand they reserve the right to adjust the monthly rate. I am just shocked that any company would abuse that right to this extent with a 100% increase to my monthly rate. I was very happy with Extra Space Storage until today! I will be looking for a different company to rent storage space room.

Every part of the experience with them is a breeze: From unit rental, to navigating within the facility's clear and clean roadways (Which allow plenty of room for unloading your belongings, even with multiple vehicles in the lane), loading onto the provided carts and actually putting things in the unit, not one step is even a little bit of a hassle. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for ease in their storage needs!
