Thank you Aaron’s rent to own in Winchester Virginia. I’m thankful to have you as my furniture store, the sofa that i ordered was delivered the other day and the sofa was brand new out the box. The delivery driver moved that furniture sofa like no other lol no scratches on my walls nor dented doors. Unfortunately the experience I had with rent a center was extremely frustrating disappointing and downright depressing I will never do business again with this company ever again. The only thing was a problem for me a rent a center was the delayed service. as for Aarons’s delivery service and timely delivery I received I can’t thank you all enough. Thanks Aaron for all you guys do it’s a privileged to be a customer I really appreciate the furniture. It is nice and the delivery went great. Shout out to the delivery guys for setting up my couch the way I want it. Also thank you for the workers and a great customer service. This really makes my life easier by having errands on my side. Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Deeply Disrespectful Staff is absolutely unacceptable that a consumer cannot ask basic questions about a legal contract without being met with sheer incompetence and hostility. I chose to rent here solely to change up my furniture style—not because I lack the means to buy outright—yet I was treated with complete disdain.I called to review the lease and spoke with Cleveland, who sounded completely out of it, painfully quiet, and utterly unprofessional. He flatly refused to explain the contract details. When I rightfully questioned the terms, he had the audacity to accuse me of being "difficult." God forbid a customer actually wants to understand a legal document before signing it! He then fabricated a "history" about my past accounts, despite the fact that every single one of my previous payments was strictly on time with zero history of property damage.Furthermore, this staff lacks basic reading comprehension. Cleveland apparently does not know the difference between an "optional" protection plan and an automatic payment plan. He aggressively insisted that I had no choice but to pay for a protection plan that the contract explicitly labels as OPTIONAL. When I called him out on this, he became completely irrational, hostile, and rude.I cancelled the contract immediately, and called management, who then defended him by making excuses for his poor communication skills. (which happens when you're high as a kite). Let me make this perfectly clear to ownership: you do not insult customers. You are professionally obligated to explain the contracts you hand out, and your staff needs to check their attitude before they speak to another client. I expect a formal apology for this abysmal experience. Do your business elsewhere.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
